DETAILS : The Rons wall mount laundry packing machine bags a finished garment in seconds, straight off the hanger. Mounted on the wall above your packing station, it pulls polythene film from a 60 cm roll, seals it around the garment and cuts it clean — no folding, no table space, no second operator. Hotels, hospitals, dry cleaners and commercial laundries use it to give every piece a sealed, dust-free finish before it goes back to the guest or the ward. Model BZC runs on a standard 220 V single-phase socket and draws only 100 W, so it can be fitted almost anywhere in the plant without new wiring. Sealing time is adjustable on the front panel, and the machine takes film from 0.15 mm to 0.3 mm, so light bags for shirts and heavier bags for suits and blankets run on the same unit.
How the Wall Mount Packing Machine Works
Hang the finished garment on the hook below the sealing bar. Pull the polythene film down over it, press the bar, and the machine heat-seals and cuts the bag in one motion. The sealed garment comes away ready to move straight to the delivery rail. One operator can pack a full trolley without leaving the station, and because the unit is fixed to the wall it frees the whole packing table for sorting and folding. Sealing time is set with the timer dial on the front panel — shorter for thin film, longer for heavy-gauge bags. A fuse and an ON/OFF switch sit alongside the timer, and the sealing bar carries a keep-hands-away warning at the point of operation.
