Rons Enterprises supplies Lapauw-compatible flatwork ironer padding for chest-heated Lapauw machines used in hotels, hospitals, and commercial laundries across India. Our Lapauw replacement padding is supplied in heavy-duty 4000 GSM needled felt construction with 17 mm thickness, internal scrim fabric for high tensile strength, and antistatic impregnation. The padding is available in two main specifications: 100% Polyester for standard steam-temperature applications up to 175°C, and Meta Aramid / Polyester, also known as Nomex-capped padding, for higher-temperature applications up to 195°C. These single-turn Lapauw felts can be supplied in standard roll widths or cut lengths based on the machine roll dimension. Depending on the installation requirement, the padding can be supplied for sewing or with bevelled edges for a smoother overlap.
